The boutique cellar, Crow’s Nest, lies against the western slopes of Paarl Mountain, with stunning sunset views overlooking Table Mountain. Consistent with the Marcel de Reuck style of boutique wines, this Shiraz has been fortified with 3 year old brandy spirit. Cognac type bouquet and flavours, matured in 225lt French oak barrels for 30 months. Enjoy with good quality cigars. |
